YOUNG PEOPLE GENERALLY DON’T PAY ENOUGH ATTENTION TO THEIR HEALTH AND FITNESS
In my country, the majority of the teenagers have an unhealthy lifestyle. They don’t care about their health and fitness and it can be dangerous for them.
It is well-known that more and more teenagers smoke. Smoking is really bad for their lungs and they can have breathing problems and cancer. Although young people know a lot about these problems, they aren’t worried about that because they think it will never happen to them. On another hand, people start to drink alcohol at the age of thirteen. What’s more, every weekend they get drunk and it is dangerous for their neurons and their health.
In my opinion, it is a mistake for young people to eat fast food. Vegetables and fruits aren’t eaten by teenagers and they neither do sport. For these reasons, lots of teenagers are obese and doctors are diagnosing more heart attacks and high blood pleasures.
I also believe that everybody should go to the hospital for check-ups every year and make sure they are fine.
